Age Requirement

To open a Fortune Global Holdingz Business Account, you must be at least 18 years of age.

Voluntary Consent

By creating an account, you acknowledge that you are starting this business of your own free will. You confirm that you are under no external pressure or coercion and that you retain the right to exit the business at any time.

Registration

There are no registration fees to become a business associate. Anyone can become a business associate just on sponsor of a paid user of the company's product, but it is essential for him/her to be a user of the Fortune Global Holdingz product. All the benefits of the marketing plan will go to the business associate according to the plan.

Currency Standard & Wallet Responsibility

All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively via USDT (BEP20).

Users must verify their Binance Smart Chain (BSC) address before initiating a withdrawal. The company shall not be held responsible for funds lost due to incorrect or invalid wallet addresses provided by the user.

Business Conduct

The business associate can display the Fortune Global Holdingz name and/or logo as designed by the company for printing his/her personal stationery, but only with the company's prior written permission. The associate shall not use the trademark, patent or any other intellectual property of the company for a purpose other than that of promoting its business.
After becoming a business associate, one cannot work with other establishments engaged in a similar nature of work and/or with a similar working plan and product range.
If it is observed that the business associate of Fortune Global Holdingz is enrolled with another establishment engaged in a similar nature of work and/or with a similar working plan and product range, his/her enrolment with Fortune Global Holdingz will be terminated, and he/she shall be held responsible for the losses and consequences sustained by other business associates and/or Fortune Global Holdingz. Recovery will be made from the business associate.

Nominee Rights

Upon the death of a business associate, the rights and responsibilities of the business associate will be passed on to the rightful nominee or legal heir as per the law. The nominee or legal heir shall be bound by the original terms and conditions.

Amendments

Fortune Global Holdingz reserves the right to make any amendments in the terms and conditions/marketing plan found necessary by it at any time after the terms & conditions have been signed or accepted, and the business associate shall abide by such amendments. No prior notice will be sent to any person for any new amendment. Keeping up with the company's website continuously for the latest updates/information is the responsibility of the business associate.

Termination Policy

The company/organisation may terminate a business associate without any prior notice according to these conditions:

If the business associate concerned represents any establishment engaged in a similar nature of business and/or with a similar working plan and product range.
If the business associate concerned acts against the interest of Fortune Global Holdingz in any way.
If any statement or information in the application is found to be false or misleading.
If the business associate concerned uses the premises/venue concerned to represent any other establishment.
If the business associate concerned misguides any client or any other business associate of Fortune Global Holdingz.
If a business associate does not activate his account within 24 hours after receiving payment/proposal from any client.
If a business associate misuses the records/funds of Fortune Global Holdingz in any manner.
If a business associate is found guilty of any type of misconduct.

Risk Disclosure

Investments in the Fortune Global Holdingz business are subject to market risks. Users are advised to review market conditions thoroughly before participating. The company does not guarantee fixed returns against market volatility.

Withdrawals and Fees

Flexibility: You are free to withdraw your principal amount at any time.
Closure Fees: If a withdrawal/account closure is requested within 3 months of the initial deposit, a 20% Account Closure Charge will be applicable.
Processing Time: In the event of an account closure, the deposited funds will be processed and released within 10 working days from the date of application.

Income and Rewards

Package Income: Profits generated from business packages will be reflected in your account on a monthly basis.
Levels and rewards are credited to your withdrawal wallet on a monthly basis.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall be referred to a single arbitrator to be appointed by Fortune Global Holdingz. The business associate shall not raise any objection on the grounds that the arbitrator so appointed is a person employed in or having a connection with Fortune Global Holdingz.

General Provisions

The right of a terminated business associate to receive commission (in whatever form) from Fortune Global Holdingz ceases/is cancelled immediately with effect from the date of termination.
In case of any difference of opinion, the decision of Fortune Global Holdingz shall be final.
Fortune Global Holdingz reserves the right to rename or transfer a business associate.
The act of creating a Fortune Global Holdingz Business Account constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of all company rules, regulations, and terms of service.
All rights are reserved to accept/reject the proposal/application to be a business associate at the sole discretion of Fortune Global Holdingz.
